Payments
• All applicable payments should be made before availing of online services of Thriving Minds Manohealth LLP (Business Name: Thriving Minds)
• The user’s online consultation or therapy session booking(s) will not be confirmed till the payment is received by Thriving Minds.

Fee Information
• The fee and duration of Online Psychiatry Consultation depends on the chronology of consultation and is explained in the table below:
Type of Consultation

• The fee per online therapy session is dependent on the selected mental health expert and the type of therapy selected at the time of booking.
• The standard duration of online therapy sessions is 50 mins

Cancellation, Reschedule and Refund
As a mental health organisation providing both online and offline mental health services, Thriving Minds focuses on providing the user with the best possible service to maximise user satisfaction. Thriving Minds’ cancellation and refund policy ensures adequate flexibility and transparency for the user.

The user has the flexibility to:
• Reschedule the consultation/session
• Cancel the consultation/session
• Claim a refund on the cancelled consultation/session

Consultation/Session Reschedule
Thriving Minds provides the user with the flexibility to reschedule their sessions to a later time. Any rescheduling request will be processed based on the time at which the user requests Thriving Minds to reschedule depending on the earlier scheduled time of the session which is explained in the table below:

Consultation/Session Cancellation and Refund Cancellation By The User The user can cancel the consultation/session and claim a refund. The refund amount provided to the user will be based on when the cancellation was initiated and is explained in the table below:

User may request a refund, where applicable as per the details in the table above, back to the user’s original method of payment, by writing to support@thrivingminds.in Session Delayed/Technical Issues If, due to an unforeseeable reason from Thriving Minds’ end, a booked consultation/session is not completed in its entirety by the Thriving Minds expert or there is disruption of communication for a significant duration during the consultation/session due to technical glitches, the user may write to Thriving Minds at support@thrivingminds.in Refunds will be handled on a case-to-case basis. Refund Timeline • Requests once approved will be processed for initiation of refund within 24 hours • The standard completion time for a refund is 7 business days from the time of initiation (i.e. user’s original method of payment will reflect a refund within 7 business days).
